If you feel more comfortable not having a guide with you all the time, and want to enjoy the freedom of your vacation, we will be happy to assist you from “distance”. This way you will feel more secure and start your vacation in Romania having already some basic knowledge about the country, traditions, habits, etc.
We offer you the following “package”:
Step 1:
We can assist you in organizing your trip based 100% on your request and our wide experience as inbound tour operator. After sending to each other as many e-mails as neccesary, we tailor your own tour and we make your reservations. You may choose to pay by yourself the accommodation fee at the reception. Be sure if you book through us the tariffs you will pay at the reception are less than the “rack rates”.
We can also rent you a car, or provide you any kind of services you want.
Step 2:
We can create a package for you containing :
• A map of Romania having highlighted your journey;
• A folder containing all the description of the places you drive through, and visit.
• A list with all the Hotels/Motels where you are accommodated at, and useful information (routes, tel, fax, addresses, etc);
• List of local guides’, names and details, in case you require, or maybe need them;
• 7x24h phone for your support in case you need it (hopefully you will call just to thank us ).
This package can be sent by mail to you, or as a .pdf file or you will be given a ftp address to download it from.
Step 3:
If you want to have a “personal chat” with one of our personnel you can meet them either in the airport where the package will be given to you or in the first Hotel where you will stay at.
For all these services the price range is between 100 and 200 Eur.
